I operate a 24hr cancellation policy.

I operate a really busy diary and I totally understand people are busy / things may get in the way, and I will accommodate appointment changes as much as possible where I can.

I sometimes struggle to fit clients in so I would really appreciate if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment if you could give me at least 24 hours notice so I can offer any spaces that come available to clients on my waiting list. (Reminder texts are automatically sent 48 hours before appointments)

50% of treatment cost will be applied if less than 24 hours notice and 100% of treatment cost applies to no shows.

Card Details are captured when booking online.

This prevents me losing my income when I am not given enough notice to fill the slot set aside for you.

Its frustrating for me when I can't get you all booked in but then end up with little notice to fill last minute cancellations in my diary.
